About NeoIndus

A WMS specialist, for the projects that have to succeed.

NeoIndus was born from a simple observation: WMS projects rarely fail because of the software alone.

They fail when business processes are poorly understood, when ground-level constraints are discovered too late, or when functional and technical decisions move forward separately.

NeoIndus was created to address these challenges by bringing together business expertise and technical mastery around a single approach to the WMS.

  • Business expertise

    Understanding your operations

  • Technical mastery

    Building a reliable solution

  • End-to-end responsibility

    Supporting the project over time

Our story

Why we started NeoIndus

Warehouse management systems have been around for decades and WMS technology is mature today. Yet the same difficulties keep coming back: poorly understood processes, configuration disconnected from ground-level reality, or a go-live that weakens operations instead of securing them.

Mapping flows, preparing data, testing real scenarios and supporting users are not peripheral topics: they are part of the WMS project. NeoIndus was created to bring these dimensions together.

A WMS solution has to work under the real conditions of the warehouse — when volumes rise, priorities shift and every minute counts.

How we think

Simple principles for solid WMS projects.

A WMS project involves processes, teams and technologies that have to work together. Our decisions rest on a few simple principles: understand before designing, simplify wherever possible, and build to last.

  1. 01

    The ground before the technology

    Understand before designing

We start by observing and understanding the real flows, constraints and usage patterns of the warehouse. Technology comes second, in service of operations — never the other way round.

  2. 02

    Simplicity against complexity

Master complexity without passing it on to users

A warehouse can run thousands of rules, exceptions and movements. Our role is to master that complexity so we can offer processes that are clear, consistent and efficient day to day.

  3. 03

Decisions grounded in the real world

Test with your data and your scenarios

We favour verifiable decisions: real data, operational scenarios, ground tests and measurable indicators. A process has to work in the warehouse, not just on a diagram.

  4. 04

    Built to last

Evolve the WMS without starting over

Volumes, equipment and technologies change. We design solutions able to evolve progressively alongside your activity and future needs.

An involved team

The people who understand your project stay by your side.

At NeoIndus, we favour small teams, clear responsibilities and direct communication. The experts who understand your processes also take part in the decisions that shape your solution. The knowledge gathered early in the project stays present through to go-live — and beyond.

  1. Fewer intermediaries, more understanding

    Direct communication

Your business teams can talk directly with the experts designing and building the solution. Questions get answered faster, and decisions stay close to the ground.

  2. Knowledge is not lost between phases

Expertise that stays with the project

The context gathered during scoping carries through design, implementation, testing and go-live. You do not have to re-explain your warehouse at every new stage.

  3. Going live does not end our support

    Present after go-live

We stay available after launch to stabilise operations, analyse ground-level feedback and support the evolution of your WMS.

Our vision

Evolving the WMS with the technologies that actually create value.

Technology moves fast. But in a warehouse, an innovation only has value if it concretely improves operations.

At NeoIndus, we favour a pragmatic approach: build a reliable, scalable WMS foundation today, able to integrate new possibilities tomorrow once their operational usefulness has been proven. Automation, real-time data, advanced analytics and artificial intelligence can progressively enrich the WMS to better anticipate, support teams and optimise certain decisions.

  • AutomateReduce repetitive tasks
  • AnticipateSpot needs and anomalies earlier
  • Support decisionsTurn data into useful information
  • EvolveIntegrate new capabilities progressively

Innovation is not a goal in itself. Operational performance is.

The right technology, in the right place, when it delivers measurable value.

Let's talk about your project

Your warehouse has its own challenges. Let's build the WMS that answers them.

Every warehouse has its own flows, constraints and priorities. Tell us about your context and your objectives: we'll help you define a WMS approach suited to your operations and able to evolve with them.
